Senior Partners

Rokade is owned and managed by three Senior Partners, who all have extensive international experience, both from working and studying abroad as well as from working with international projects and markets.

Bårdsen, Knut P.

Knut Bårdsen heads Rokade's Strategy- and analysis unit, and is responsible for skills development and industrial analysis methodology. Knut holds a master´s degree in electrical engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH, 1981), and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin (1987-89). His career track, covers numerous operational management roles, including seven years service with Sonnico and Siemens and positions within the electronic control systems and offshore industries. He joined Rokade from Indevo Management Consultants. Knut has lived and worked in both the US and Belgium.

Slåttsveen, Nils-Ivar

Nils-Ivar Slåttsveen leads our change management turnaround and post-merger integration department. He holds a BSc from the University of Oslo, and a master`s degree in management (strategy, change management, scenarios and corporate governance) from the Norwegian School of Management. Nils-Ivar joined Rokade from PwC Consulting, where he served as a Director from 1999 to 2002 and was responsible for lmajor change projects in Norwegian corporations. He was Managing Director for an international business division in the Moelven Corporation from1994 to 1999. From 1984 to 1994 he was Managing Director of two consulting companies specializing in development and innovation.

Wig, Ketil

Ketil A. Wig is Chairman of the Board, and is responsible for the company's skills development and its methodology for tactics and negotiations.   Ketil holds a master's degree in computer science and physics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH, 1978-/79), and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, California (1981). His career track covers positions at Anderson Consulting and McKinsey & Co., and management of consulting and management-for-hire firms in both the US and Norway. Ketil has been Managing Partner of Rokade since it was founded in 1995. He has lived and worked in the US, Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
