Rokade uses proprietary methodology (partner strategy) in its partner search processes (M&A projects). This allows to:

  • Transform our clients’ requirements into added value
  • Prioritize solutions (strategies, segments, candidates)
  • Shortlist partner candidates

The purpose of our partner strategy is to analyze a business´s needs and requirements as well as its competitive situation. This provides a basis for seeking out potential industrial candidates for subsequently negotiations. By identifying the candidates that have most to gain from cooperating with our clients,  we provide an industrial basis for creating the greatest added value for our clients.

Alternatives

A systematic process creates negotiating power by producing equivalent alternatives in the final phases of a negotiation. An experienced negotiation team is needed to handle simultaneous processes with multiple potential partners, and to ensure that the final solution is the best and most robust alternative. Success depends on potential partner candidates being approached in the right sequence, setbacks being endured, backup alternatives prepared and counter moves being made.
