Asgeir Birkeland started as M&A Analyst in Rokade august 2011. He comes from a position as a retail equity analyst in DnB NOR Markets and holds a Master of Science and Technology, NTNU, Mathematics & applied/advanced physics. Asgeir has several years of experience within business development and commercialization of technology through NTNU Technology Transfer AS.

Jan Erik Skaug started as associate partner in Rokade spring 2011. He holds a MBA from University of San Francisco and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (AFA) from NHH Bergen. Jan Erik has 25 years combined experience as Investment advisor in Equitec Securities Co, Seattle WA; Marketing  Manager in Factoring Finans AS; Strategy, Business development and M&A consultant  and in early phase, SME and public listed companies in the B2B and ICT and technology sector in Scandinavia as management for hire in CEO and board member positions. He has a broad corporate finance and board member experience including  IPO`s, corporate and financial restructuring.
