IMAP conference in Marbella
IMAP's annual fall conference was held in Marbella 27th-30th October. 160 M&A advisers from 29 countries participated in this successful partner conference.
The focus of the conference were:
- Developing international business opportunities
- Further developments of IMAP
- Networking
From Rokade participated 8 M&A advisers, two of which began in Rokade this fall. Johan Fredrik Gjesdal was one of those who participated for the first time:
- This was the first time I met several of our international M&A colleagues. I was impressed by the good team spirit and the high professional level, and it is obvious that IMAP adds significant value to customers of Rokade to provide effective international search for partners, says Gjesdal.
Many of the international transactions in which Norwegian companies are involved happens in co-operation with other Nordic companies. The Nordic co-operation in IMAP is therefore particularly important for Rokades international focus. The last 4 years, IMAP Nordic has been No. 1 on the ranking of Thomson Reuters numbers of completed transactions in the mid-market segment.
For the first time in history IMAP organized IMAP Beach Soccer World Cup. Rokade brought home the trophy after victories over Spain, Brazil, Denmark and England.
