IMAP - International network of M&A Partners
Rokade is the exclusive Norwegian member of IMAP, the world's largest network of independent M&A advisors. Membership allows us to offer our clients improved professional assistance in identifying strategic international partners outside of Norway. Rokade joined IMAP on January 1st, 2008 as a result of merging with Nordic Merger; nonetheless Rokade has had extensive experience within international M&A deal making prior to the IMAP membership.
The IMAP network consists of 52 members from 32 countries and the number of transactions in 2009 was 179. This makes IMAP the world´s leading independant M&A organisation, and ensures both local commitment and comprehensive experience in identifying international partners and carrying out international transactions.

IMAP ensures competence and best practices within targeted industries through 8 industry groups. Rokade chairs the industry group ‘Energy & Power’ and coordinates IMAP’s combined experience and expertise within the energy sector.
